New research and analysis from Carson Group Coaching shows a huge divide between what clients want from financial advisors and what financial advisors are delivering. What clients named as most valuable isn’t shocking. Clients want fee transparency, a clear standard of care, financial planning, numerous interactions throughout the year and a willingness to educate from their advisor. This might sound simple, but a follow-up study showed that many advisors weren’t providing these elements to clients.
